“Chavea” is a calligraphic style font. It is inspired by the learning books of the writing, typical of Spain in the mid-twentieth century. It has three variables in the thickness of the stroke.
The variable “Fine” is the one that best adjusts to the shapes of the original letters of these booklets, while that “Black” is the most usable, and “Extra-Black” experiments with readability, pushing it to the limit the closing of the counterforms. Most lowercase letters link to each other, while lower case letters capital letters have a more decorative purpose. In addition, this font incorporates letters and ligatures that today today they are no longer recognized as such, such as Ch and Ll.
