Today, I am proud to give you Cinque Terre, my first classical serif typeface, with a true italic version & over 75 creative ligatures and alternates. Cinque Terre is a marvellous coastal area within Liguria, in the northwest of Italy. It lies in the west of La Spezia Province, and comprises five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. If you ever saw pictures of Italy, I am 100% sure you've seen one of these five villages. Colorful houses, cliffs that are being sunburned by the warm summer sun, small fishing boats that are being lightly rocked by the sea. Yes, that marvel is Cinque Terre and that was my inspiration for this typeface.
This classical serif font comes with over 75 ligatures and alternates, full language support and it will be perfect for any kind of design work. Whether you're making a poster, logo design, full branding or a website, you can use it and get an amazingly creative result. I invite you to check out the preview images, and I hope you will be immersed in my vision for this creative typeface that, I am sure, will work for all kinds of interesting projects you might be working on this year.
It also includes full language support, punctuation, numerals and detailed instructions how to use alternate letters most of the apps on your computer, as well as in Canva.
