Create a monogram in 3 steps:
1. Choose a badge by typing the equal, plus, hyphen or underscore key.
2. Add a wide character by typing an uppercase letter or wide numeral (use shift+numeral to access a wide numeral).
3. Add a narrow character by typing a lowercase letter or numeral.
