Traction sports signature serifs, soft edges and a fluid, organic design, therefore it is ‘a sturdy organic text typeface with grip and attitude’. Enlarged, the organic letters are reminiscent of the profiles of off-road tyres and hiking boots. But in text sizes, it is the humanistic forms that set the tone and ensure fluid legibility.
Typeset in 9 weights, from Regular to Black, each of them accompanied by an italic, totalling in 18 styles. In each style, you can activate smallcaps. Every Traction font contains more than 1000 glyphs, including the capital German sharp ẞ. The complete family of 18 fonts has more than 18,200 glyphs and supports at least 218 languages.
