Treefrog was inspired by the quirky ink-pen doodlings of one Philip D. Cyr, a talented graphic designer friend of mine. Whereas Treefrog seems to work especially well in display situations, I’ve actually seen it in a few surprisingly legible (though jittery) text blocks.
In addition to its distinctively drippy alphabets, Treefrog comes with a few dozen interesting alternate doodles—fish, chairs, rake and shovel, star, sun, and moon. It also has support for Central/Eastern European languages.
